Beginning September 1, 2012, ASEB will offer care management and family support for individuals dealing with memory loss. Drawing on its decades of experience and expertise handling all aspects of respite care, ASEB will assist caregivers with a long-term care plan tailored to the personal needs of each family. Caregivers facing the difficulty of navigating the complicated choices available will have a single resource to help them assess the situation, connect with the appropriate services, and coordinate the many facets of a loved one’s care. ASEB’s program is truly comprehensive, sensitive to individual needs, and substantially below current prices for similar services.
To find out more contact care coordinator program director Kathleen Gregory at 510-644-8292. An ASEB family support care coordinator will meet with you in your home, answer your questions, and help you devise a plan that feels right for you.
